Portfolio 8 works great for making catalogs of eps files. What I do is use Portfolio 8 and then print to a free program called pdf995 that converts the print output a PDF file.

My understanding is how it makes it's corners. Mine is set at 2 and have had no issues. I believe it really only comes into play at higher speeds. This is only what I have been told. Take it as you will.......

I leave my depth alone on the blade and have my cutter set at 0 offset, 26 force, 20 speed, and quality 2. Cuts fine on reflective for me. Hope this helps.
