I know BOSS and Epilog makes fiber lasers. Gravotech, Trotec, and Universal all makes CO2 lasers, possibly fiber lasers. They're fairly affordable nowadays, depending on what size you need. You'll need a fiber, CO2 won't cut metals.

Nobody wants to hear this, but this is the gospel. You can lose weight on a diet, but you'll never keep weight off on a diet. You'll likely get fatter than when you started. The best way to lose body fat is to add muscle mass. HIIT works. Add muscle mass, get cardio at the same time.

We've printed on frosted and it looks pretty good. We've also done varying degrees of white (10%, 25%) behind color on clear vinyl (doesn't look as good). Frosted generally looks best, IMO. There's a company called SOLYX (maybe others) that makes stained glass vinyl.
