The new Graphtec's have changed over from the old ARM's system to the Mk2 system. That is what Graphtec told me direct.

well.............Its not much bigger than a lemon. :) I would send it back for a replacement. All the stikas have are blade adjustment and if that is not working, not much more you can do. Have you made sure the blade holder is inserted correctly?
