Gerry, have you tried going to production manger and add new setup? It then walks you through the setup process for the printer.

My better half owns ours as well. "Well, at least on paper." She does the phones and taxes. I do most of the design (she also helps with this, 2 heads are better than one) and production. But she also does the most important job of all.........She keeps me in line!

It sounds to me like it corrupts the shortcut not the dos functions. If replacing the shortcut fixes it then there is no damage or issues with the dos functions them selfs.

Rep was just giving you a heads up, some programs including windows functions still use dos or dos based items to function correctly.

I'm not sure about the batch export but you should be able to export them as .eps files and open with corel.
