Gerber paintmask is excellent for paint. I use it with lettering enamel and Krylon spray. I use one that is blue. IF you use vinyl use a matte finish removable adhesive. 3621 is good. I have a no name white matte finish removable adhesive that has never fail to work.

Use an intermediate removable adhesive vinyl or just buy stencil vinyl.

Zinsser primer is or was shellac base.....I would NOT use it. Shellac was used as a sealer for wood. It gets brittle.

I've bought from Feller's since he started years ago when he sewed banners in his garage. I still get cut vinyl, application tape, banner material and some print material and never had a problem.

AllSquare sells this. Excellent results.
