Anybody know a way to print out your fonts on Flexi-Sign to display for customers with out having to just manually do it. Kinda like printing out the color chart.

Well I pretty much tried everything that was suggested from paint thinnner to gasoline and finally got the best and easiest results with "Adhesive Off" fom fellers and a pressure washer. Thanks for all the help and learned alot of tips and tricks.

I have an old cargo trailer that has refective vinyl on it that has to be removed. I can heat and pull off but its leaving alot of the adhesive behind, I tried using "Rapid Romover" but that softens the paint up so much i can rub it off with a paper towl. Works good on the adhesive removing...

I have a customer that bought a 4x6 sign off ebay or something, it is reverse painted on the inside and he is wanting me to clean it and letter/wrap it. Any suggestions on the best way to clean it and how much would yall charge.

Anyone know how to get into "Service Mode", I did the right, down, left power but it says service mode protected and wont let me in.

I am using a Roland SP540V and when i use crop marks the cut is way off. If i just print and cut, its fine. It's only when i use the crop marks. i tried clibrating it on the machine and there seems to be no change, maybe i am doing it all wrong, any help would be appreciated.

We have an SP540 and as nice as it is to have an all in one machine, it does have its downside as well. As mentioned before, it sucks needing to cut something but you cant cause you have to wait on another print to finish. Would be nice to print, pull out, start another print and move on with...
