Thin steel sheet suction cups each corner. Lay vinyl sign layout. Magnetic numbers to change times as often as possible.
Printed chalk board looks real nice and just a section to handwrite times.
Bunch of issues:
1- We always had issues going from lam to nolam and back again and getting it to read all the time. Fix: Lam everything then. Cut a box around the reg marks that gives room all around the box and remove the laminate. Then it's only scanning the vinyl and not through the...
Help with this one please. Went through my list a couple close but no cigars.
Both if you know it but really just Boudreau. I have a customer likes this companies font.
Thanks,
Have you reset your machine? Have you set page length to 1000+ inches. Sometimes everything will work but the length of the page in the plotter menu is shorter then the registration and it will not travel past where it thinks the end of the page is. This was DK problem if you read above...
There are alot of different types of briteline vinyl.
We use:
IM3203-white
IM3205-Clear
BLV02- Black
All have worked great. Long term durable. I am able to pull the vinyl off (it is tougher then 3M or Oracal) but a little denatured alcohol takes any adhesive right off. The white printable...
Yes with the head cleaning kit thats it. I remember them saying there is absorbent material in the container. The container is supposed to be changed before the absorbent material is full. Not necessarily when the container is full. So even though it might go months and months longer. The...
Flexi would be perfect for this. As alot of others probably are also. But you should set up a complex file of shapes and small text large text and large straight lines. Then once you know the plotter you want to go check out. Download the appropriate drivers and go in with a roll of vinyl...
Love Love Love Grimco Tech Support. Great people and they always help me figure out the issue. Even if it means having me call HP or Graphtec Tech Support. They always call back to make sure we resolved the issue. Sometimes they even call other Techs for support for me. Awesome guys. As I...
Just remember Maint Kit Replace means you might need to replace the bucket also. Easy way around this is to put a 5 gal bucket under the back of the machine. Route the tube down to the bucket. It will be easy to tell when the 5 gal bucket gets closer to being full as the top is open. The...
No if you go to the web server and there is a maintenance kit that includes the waste ink containter but it won't tell you if it's full or not. When you use the maintenance kit they want you to replace the container also. There is no sensor on the bucket. Major PITA if you ask me. We had...
Check these guys out. You don't need a special banner hemming machine. You just need a industrial sewing machine to sew the right stitch.

+1 for this! I regularly have a guy come in and say we need a sign that does this. Just make something up and send me a proof. 9 out of 10 times they go with what I made.
So they won't even approve Eco-Sol Max 2 Inks for schools and hospitals. And that's the dried non-stinky already printed laminated and cut vinyl sticker. Nope can't have it at the hospital. But it's ok for some shops to print in buildings without hoods. I would start to question how safe...
For all runs. When you go to align your media. Put your rollers appros .5" outside the reg marks on either side. Then line up the bottom line of your reg marks with the axle for the wheel of the pinch rollers. If you do this on either side you will effectively square the registration marks...
All you need is a complete reset. These get bogged down with information in the buffer sometimes and it throws the machine off. A solid reset will get you back on track almost everytime.
