If it needs to be cast, we use 3951ra. Otherwise, we would use 3551ra. why cast tho, FLA sun?

I use Layer Styles/ blending options in photoshop. Play around with bevel emboss, inner glow etc.. Once your satisfied with the effect similar to the pic, you can save your layer style and apply it to anything else down the road so you don't have to toggle with the settings to get that effect...

blue channel in photoshop, increase contrast and make adjustments to black/white with levels, zoom in and finish off with black brush to make your selection. Not much to work around since the background is white. good luck
