Dale is correct.....he has had his apart a time or two. He has given me a bit of good advice many times. When a head does not print well the first thing I would do is pull the head to the left off the cap station and with a syringe "top off" the caps with cleaning solvent then replace the head...

The printer reads the black print on the chrome. When I got my ribbons from Duracoat they were on the cartridges and was told they printed their own. If you are printing out of corel and have the Colorchoice rip just select K and the printer will print only black. You will have to scan a label...

You can print your own new ones on chrome with your PC60. Make a file and print black only.

When I had a PC600 I never had to trap any design. Your printer has a feed (stepping) misalignment. You can do small prints with that printer. It was never designed to do larger format. A PC600 paneled at about 18.5". I never did a print larger than that. If I had to would panel it and install...

Another source is Wensco at www.wensco.com. they have Roland blades as well as blades by Super Sharp.

You would be better off using the PC60 for small decals and job out other color needs you have.
