    You will need pre heaters and post heaters. Thats what my printer has anyway.

    Had the same thing happen to me the other day. Check and see if you dampner has ink ink it. If it does, move your head over the capping station and hook a syringe to the cap pull some ink thru it, chances are you will be up and going.

    Put cleaning solution on a lint free rag and place over cap and park head. Let it sit a few hours and you should be going. If not after that hook a syringe to cap with head parked and suck ink thru cap.

    All you bodies are different. you will need to have customer supply their body measurements. Thats how I do it.
