I have seen different software give different color profiles to your printer. I have over come this by using the same software, in my case Photoshop and will give you good results. All software seems to have its own input profiles. I have matched my computer screen to my input files and my printer.
I have UV printed for 25 years, just not digital. Check dyne level on material, should be 36 to 40. Print the least ink to achieve color and as much lamp power as you can. The adhesion will get better in 24 hours also. How are you determining good or bad adhesion?
I would think it doesn't get any cheaper than a mutoh jr. I bought one on ebay, and after the rebuild it was about $4000. You've got one already maybe you should have two.
You can prime the dampers with a syringe. Did you do that ? And if that Doesn't get it rolling after priming the damper you can park heads over capping station and use a syringe and pull thru capping station. Good luck as that should get you going. Also make sure dampers are sealed good to the...
I asked here about 6 months ago on what rip to buy and was looking at colorprint6, thank God I had jackpine set me up with ciberprint. Looks to me like flexi thinks they have more clout in the industry than they really do. Why anyone would not design in adobe is beyond me, for bitmaps anyway.
