Seperate machines are much more efficient/useful if ou do a decent volume. I couldn't imagine haing to work around having to print and cut on one machine, that would hinder production significantly.

Depends on the material. We keep the dryer at 50 all the time. For something like 3651, it's 45/40/50. For 3951 I believe it's 40/38/50. I think 3551 is 42/42/50. 3165 is 50/45/50. 30/30/50 is too low, the material can take alot more heat than that.

Yup, back it up immediately, and if possible, don't shut it down until the backup is done. More than once I've had the problem and said "I'll back it up tomorrow", only to try to boot the following day and have a dead drive.

Does it do this on all vinyls or just this one? Have you tried other profiles on this vinyl or just one?
