i have got this problem multiple times. Something happens with the heater on the inside. For us it's dependant on the minimum drying power and the drying offset temp. Turn both all the way down and you'll have no problems. Unless you really do have a problem with the circuits.

Why screen print? Why not just print onto a clear adhesive backed material and laminate onto the coroplast and do it yourself?

I need to find a template for a 2006 Scion xB. If someone knows where I can buy just the single template that would be great. We don't normally do vehicle wraps. This is something special for an employee. Please let me know.

Thanks everyone. When we first moved to an enclosed room I thought it was more the heat/ cold issue that we were trying to deal with. It looks like it's more the issue of humidity that is the problem.

is there a specific temp that you try to keep it around. I'm in a small maybe 300 sqft room.

We just moved from an open freezing warehouse to an indoor location. I read the manual for the L25500 and it has a varying degree of temperatures. I want to know what you guys have your rooms set to. Temperature? Do you use a De-humidifyer? Please let me know.

Canvas.... we use to make reproduction pictures and wrap around a frame. Never go cheap always go with 3M materials.
