I have a font that looks very similar. When I tried to get the customer to approve the proof, she said it has to be identical. We did not make the original sign. Please help.
Started printing some banners today. Got about 2 feet from the end of a 90 inch print and it just stops printing and tells me to reset the machine. error code was 14.10.0 I thought I had got the error before because My minimum drying power was 1.2 and needed to be zero. So I set it to zero...
Power cords do come from the center. But there is about a ten foot cord on each. We have alot of space but I would say about six feet in front like the above said would be plenty. You basically just need room to load and unload the materials. Also that guide to how much room you need I...
High Intensity is a little overboard for parking lots. Most parking lots use EG such as 3M 3290. Fire signs and directional arrows should be more visible. We use a 3M 3430 which is EGP. The only time we use HIP is for freeways and if the customer specifically asks for it. All of which are...
I am using SAintl Production Manager which is like Flexi's production manager. I send the file from flexi to the Production Manager no problem. Set everything up in production manager and then go to rip it and it gives me this error. "Callback function failed." That's all it says no error...
Has anyone used them on Metal blanks. We make alot of traffic signs. Sometimes you mess one up and the EG or the EGP gets stuck and it is a major hassle to take off. Do these work for that purpose. I need a way to get all the EG and EGP off as well as the adhesive.
I was printing some signs out today on 3M 3430 and I noticed the black wasn't drying on the left side. So I remembered what you said about the tape. Instead i put a rag over the last two fans to the left. As soon as it advanced maybe 2" everything was dry. Really quick easy fix. Thanks...
My bad. I fully understand screen printing. Just seemed a little steep to me for an arrow change is all. But I guess if your screen printing stuff it might affect the price different.
FireSprint. I clicked on his link at the bottom of his post. And he charges $70 to change the direction of an arrow. That's to click one button on the computer it cost the customer $70. That's a little steep.
It says indoors. But the ones you took pictures of that were outdoors. Are probably the same thing. There meant to be used indoors but after awhile. Somebody working there thought they would look better outdoors so they moved them.

That looks like the exact one your looking for. The company is local to me in So Cal but they could ship it.
I haven't heard of the masking tape. Might give that a try. Also, My minimum drying power is default set at 1.2 but when I do long runs it seems my printer throws a error which is directly connected to the minimum drying power. Turn the MDP down and there are no problems. So be careful with...
If the actual blade on the knife is not taller then the substrate you are trying to cut, It's going to tear because part of the material is being cut by the round end of the blade.
