Ok thanks everyone that committed. ..I found trigon imagining in mil ford ohio ordered caps sponges wipers wiper scraper...I'll try head soak and cleaning. ....they priced new head around 1125 and install around 500....2 hr road trip...hopefully head cleaning will help...

What would cause light banding?

I just picked machine up....knowing black head...but yes I manual clean I had a 540 and sold it for lack of work....but for $2500 this is a big boy retirement toy....:)

Has anyone tried suck cleaning solution through damper the unclog head...I'm think heat a bit of solution and distilled water to 130 degree and rigging to suck through damper and head...comments?

I syringed drain line and pulled it...seems it just sucked while parked..
