Was approached once about a helicopter so I stopped at my insurance agents office to inquire....
She said run - they ( owners of helicopter) wanted a release of liability and enough coverage to cover replacement if lost . Then the kicker I would have to have enough coverage for the helicopter...
Don’t have that issue but did have issues creating a thread and uploading photos this morning kept telling me error error .... did notice the internet seemed slow / issues so who knows could be Fios strikes again
I’m going to try my heat gun with plastic welder attachment , mostly just need to seal the honeycomb from filling with water and freezing ..... may just calk the edge flush ?
I tried that but still have to fill in notched noticeable spots with vinyl . I have the notcher tool so that helps . May just do notched edging like you showed and back with vinyl where needed
i need to cap some bottle shaped omega sign board (1/4 inch) but the standard ridged stuff wont work. (heat didn't work) thought about auto door gasket or edge guard but its $$$ for the right stuff also thought about some vacuum hose slit( tried a sample and it did work, slit with coro knife )...

Olfa work well , I lucked into buying extra blades , handles and roller units at a hardware / flea market surplus store - cleaned them out - $50. For a 18x24 box full of new sealed replacement blades packs and multiple knife units . He had no clue what they were

I’ve only had good results with punched / sprocket fed material or flatbed , friction feed slips too much for Me . Biggest problem I had was Mag. Material sticking to the metal parts of plotter.
Wish the guy I used years back was still around ( retired) - had demagnetized material you could...
How does it compare to vector magic? Better worse ? I’m going to download the free trial and try myself but was wondering about other users experiences
