Yeah i just replicated it backwards(black was white and white was black) over here in like 5 minutes. Ditch the powerclip, and then mess around with the minus back/front options of the pathfinder until you get desired result.

you could use a spray lam. I know even when we let prints dry a couple days and use our tape it picks a little off here and there, but even that is so tiny you can barely notice.
If I had the choice i would laminate everything, but I don't make those decisions.
We have ours set up like this:
Public Drive > designers folders > In Progess or completed > Name > project.
It usually works well enough that we can find what we need within a minute or two.
I know they scan the back ( in NC at least ) when you buy them. I'm not sure if that like activates it or anything, so when they go to turn them in and the cashier does the scan to get your money It wouldnt read. I'm realizing that probably didn't make any sense.
