I'm scouting for a location in the NC high country and I'm looking to hire or partner with someone already in the area.
Just thought I'd make a shout out to see if anyone might be interested in a management position to head up our new location.
We are ready to offer excellent compensation and...
Well, the sign police came by and made me take down my sign as it was somewhat larger than what is permitted for my building. I avoided a $200 a day fine and fixed it at the last possible moment. Here's the new sign using cannibalized parts from the previous sign shown earlier.
Very few time wasters. We are highly visible and people mostly call in orders, then come in to pick up or we'll deliver. I've had to hire two additional full time employees to keep up with the pace.

Currently we have three and one part-timer for those days when things get crazy. Plus, I just bought a new 64" Roland to keep up with the pace as well.
You have more options than spending the night away from home.
Just wanted to chime in.
Several of you have asked me privately how things are going since the move. The answer is "incredible". It's the difference between day and night.
As I mentioned the new location has great visibility, a large parking lot where there's always a good place to park, the...
The problem with AdWords is 1) Competition. There are corporations with DEEP pockets competing with you. What makes you better? Turn time may be the only chip you have to play. 2) clicks vs 1st sale. What are you selling? How many Clicks at $5 each can you absorb per sale? If it takes 10 $5...
