Our white nozzle started spraying somewhat like that black... the Roland tech replaced the damper, problem solved. They didn't even need to replace the damper filter, as he pulled ink back through it... he said it would be fine, but because he was already there, had the part,etc... he went...

As far as I can tell, there is NO primer for the EUV4 inkset. I've been bugging Roland USA to ask Roland Japan to update the firmware, so machines that can print EUV2 and EUV4 can get access and print the EUV5 inkset. This is not going to happen I was told... only option is to swap the ink...

As for the Roland Eco UV white, I also make sure to print in White HD mode, and I adjust the white ink density output to max.

Hey group, I've got 5 .vw files, that are all multiple passes over the same area. I.E. It prints 1 layer/.vw, then returns to origin. Then I run the next layer/.vw, then it returns to origin, etc How can I automate/nest? this grouping of 5 .VW files, so it can run all layer 1 at a time...

True, UV inks aren't as archival as aqueous pigment inks.... but I'd rather the substrate outlive the inks!

I'm getting the same issue with the 'clear' inks.. Roland has told me it's the dust in the environment. Wipe down the entire insides of the printer, run the BOFA air filtration unit (on high), keep room clean Hope this helps!!
