How clean / crisp are your registration marks? I've had that problem before, and it was due to the reg mark bein' a little too fuzzy in places. Come to find out my print profile wasn't optimized. Recalibrating solved it. (hopefully it's an easy fix like that)

^ this. The learning curve is real. It's not as simple as attaching plastic to an engraver bed and hitting "plot". A typical ADA sign involves multiple materials and different cutting / drilling bits for each one (plus loading/unloading, calibrating each tool every time you swap bits)...

Looks like Alumigraphic is only rated for 1 to 2 years. I'm not sure what vinyl was used at the stadium last time, but it held up for at least 5 or 6 years before getting "crispy".

If you're referring to the rotary cutter, don't lock it into place. When it's locked, the center point between the blades doesn't line up with the center of the sheet stock, especially with thicker materials (thus, putting too much pressure on one side). Instead, just leave the set screw "out"...

OEM for sure. There are tons of knock offs out there -- and they often "appear" the same, but the materials are not identical. I tried multiple times from different vendors over the years, and every time I had to go back to OEM because they just wouldn't seal properly.
