  1. SP540V Roland Carriages Are Disconnect

If that didn't fix it then it is likely your encoder sensor has failed and the printer can't find the correct position of the head. I have them in stock if you need one
  2. Third party DX4 printheads

There is no real way to refurbish epson heads. Replacing the nozzle plate doesn't refurbish them really. All the 'refurbished' heads I have ever seen were just old ones that were flushed and cleaned up, and very few actually worked properly
  3. Roland sp540v

It is a tested used one OEM one. You can't get new ones anymore, Roland stopped making them years ago. The only new ones are chinese copies, that don't always work very well. Will send you a message now
  4. Roland sp540v

It could also be a mainboard or servo board issue, but these are both a lot more expensive and there isn't an easy way to test them. Generally when they fail the control panel board will come on, but then give error messages etc..
  5. Roland sp540v

It can do. I have had the high pitched sound before though and replacing the panel board fixed it. The buzzer that sounds is on the panel board.
  6. Third party DX4 printheads

There is no such thing as third party DX4 heads. Only Epson make them
  7. Roland sp540v

The control panel board has failed. I have them in stock if you need one
  8. Third party DX4 printheads

Well this is an open forum, and you don't control the site, so people are free to say what they like. You aren't the only person on here, or the only one with valid opinions, despite what you may wish. Also letting others know that cheap heads are a scam is useful
  9. Third party DX4 printheads

What did you expect :D Honestly, there are no third party heads, no refurbished ones, and none that work for $200
  10. favor needed

If the heads are already clogged, you have very little chance of recovering them with those machines. They may be helpful for very light blockages, but your printer itself can clean those just as well.
  11. US Tariffs, Sigh!

You don't have to live in the USA to be able to understand what is happening there. Our inflation rate is still lower than yours, and yours is only going to increase if Trump has his way. Trump and Musk are not popular in any countries other than the USA. The rest of the world is looking on in...
  12. US Tariffs, Sigh!

Speaking as an outsider from the UK I can't see why lots of Americans can't understand the tariffs are going to cost THEM money? The exporters won't be paying it, nor will the importers. ALL the costs are going to be passed on to the public. All you are going to end up with is being worse off as...
  13. US Tariffs, Sigh!

What happens if you rent to what seems to be a wholesome white American, and they do the same?
  14. US Tariffs, Sigh!

Exactly, the cost of setting up the factories, training people, paying ten times the wages the chinese get paid etc... This will lead to a great import market where the chinese can still sell for a fraction of a US made product, so the US factories will go bust . I don't think Trump supporter...
  15. Help

If you need a replacement print carriage board I have them in stock
  16. US Tariffs, Sigh!

Trumps idea is great! Have everything manufactured in the USA and then sell it to Americans and people overseas. Don't rely on having to buy in from other countries so tariff it. No more of those nasty foreign cars or phones or TVs ! I can't wait to see how America is going to produce the 140...
  17. Help

It could be but less likely as 3 of the colour are printing something. They tend to either work or fail completely, but still worth checking
  18. Help

Did you buy the new heads cheap from China?
  19. Recurrent problem with Roland VS-300, nozzles go missing when doing cleaning. Come back after head soak... HELP!

The head itself is ok as it does print fine some of the time. To be honest, pay to get a technician to come out and give the machine a service and replace captops and dampers for OEM Roland ones. The heads are not easy to work on and you can easily cause more damage yourself
  20. Double photo, red under black

You could also do with replacing your black/cyan head. It has a lot of nozzle deflection so you will never get a really good print with it the way it is
