  1. US Tariffs, Sigh!

I 100% agree! We have/had more supply than demand. We often would buy the milk and then dump it. The biggest issue with the milk price was the mega farms and the cows these days are milked 3x vs 2x and the quantity of milk each cow produces has drastically increased over the last couple decades...
  2. US Tariffs, Sigh!

We are first in cheese and second in milk and butter production. I'm pretty sure we are number one for the nation's cranberries, cherries and ginseng (weird). Land O'Lakes is a few blocks West of my shop and Sargento a few blocks East. Every countryside drive contains views of cows and corn and...
  3. Wall Calendars

I was going to say send it to Signs365 but their largest size for poster board is 18"x28" and $2 sheet. Zoo Printing has large poster sizes and quite a few paper options. FireSprint sized 30x40" is under $10 a piece for 50 posters and the ability to print larger/custom sizes. IDK...just thoughts.
  4. US Tariffs, Sigh!

I had no idea we grew rice in the USA...we certainly don't grow it in Wisconsin. I learn something every day on this thread! LOL
  5. US Tariffs, Sigh!

I don't care what eggs cost. In all reality, if I have 2 eggs every day and 2 pieces of toast for breakfast it's cheaper and healthier than poisonous cereal which nobody should eating. Eggs at $6/18 = .33 egg Bread $3.18/20 = .16 slice - cheaper and healthier if you make your own!!! .98 per...
  6. US Tariffs, Sigh!

Yes, that's correct. Neither of my kids voted so if they complain about the results then I tell them to shut up - don't vote, don't complain!
  7. US Tariffs, Sigh!

Well bad news for Wisconsin, Schimel lost. But, the voter ID got passed AND the local grocery bagger guy was elected, and the school referendum denied.
  8. US Tariffs, Sigh!

I just voted all Conservative in Wisconsin. The poll lady said it's been VERY busy all day. It's 2:00pm here. In my town we have 2 school board positions open and a 24 million referendum so I'm guessing that's why the larger turn out.
  9. Stencil Material Recommendation

I'm sorry, I read your question too quickly. Sounds like a few good ideas above, hope one of them works for you :)
  10. Stencil Material Recommendation

I use Oracal stencil mask or I use up any Oracal 631 I have laying around since it's less sticky, it's easier to remove. I cut stencils mainly for cornhole boards. When I used to make stencils for wood signs it was important to dab around the edges so the paint didn't bleed. I'm not sure what...

If I see one more naked lady photo on this thread I'm posting Mike dancing on Ellen.
  12. Reflective ink for screen printing question

Yes, it's 15 seconds, I think same heat. There's just reflective on the back and never any issues at all. I'm going to try and cutout into the blue and see if I can line up the reflective. I'm not a fan of that but I'll at least give it a try. I have a call into another screen printer to see...
  13. Reflective ink for screen printing question

I'm going to ask here but I know I probably won't get many if any answers. I've been using siser sky blue and siser reflective for these hoodies. The reflective works for a while then it peels off. I'm following the directions exactly and I think it's just not good practice to layer these? He...
  14. Canva files and editing

Luckily, the one customer uses his art for tshirts so as long as the png he sends has everything placed correctly, I can just send it off for transfers. Sometimes I open his files and they look like the top. Not sure if it's how he saves it. Sometimes the fonts are sectioned off like the words...
  15. Canva files and editing

I have a customer who is very versed in Canva. No matter what he does, there's ALWAYS at least one thing that I need to recreate. Mostly the fonts get jumbled but sometimes the artwork is sectioned off and it's just really hard artwork to work with. I actually lost a customer that used Canva and...
  16. Thinking about getting a Uninet 540

Better off asking on the below...not many on here do apparel, if they do they screen sprint :) https://www.t-shirtforums.com/

Bernie and AOC 2028!!! Better yet, AOC and Crockett 2028!!!
  18. Thinking about leasing OKI Pro8432WT

I guess I'm not sure what a waterslide is? If you buy a Uninet, the training is $800, you HAVE to take the training class in order to figure the thing out. I already paid $7k for the printer and figured since I use FLexi, Corel, Illustrator, an HP 315, I should be able to figure out a desktop...
  19. Thinking about leasing OKI Pro8432WT

I have a Uninet. IMO, just buy transfers from a wholesaler. The quality of my Uninet is "OK" but the learning curve and trying to figure the damn thing out is ridiculous. SOOOOOO much more efficient to just buy transfers. $7k and I gave up. My friend had a Uninet also and got rid of it also. She...
