Are you doing the three copies as a layout in Flexi or are you selecting one and selecting 3 copies in Rip & Print?

It looks like only the unprinted areas have any type of the holographic things going on, possibly in light colors as well?

Seems like HP approves certain printers to automatically take the update, like a controlled rollout. Limits errors getting to everyone like with the version 4 firmware. Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk

It's still having that issue. Waiting to hear back on the next course of action from HP.

Our current printer has a beta version of that firmware. Hasn't thrown the 16.4x errors since it got it, but it didn't fix our other issues.

Can't help with the ink usage across similar jobs, but I will confirm that its ink usage numbers are far from accurate. According to the web server, I've used over 800ml of ink from my yellow tank.

Always hate opening an old job and forgetting to check my settings before I print/cut. One big reason I disabled remote send in Production Manager a while back.

There are a lot of variables. Ton of vectors, especially text will slow it down, large images as well. Like you mentioned though, hardware can be a big factor.

One thing that would be nice for Flexi to incorporate. You can load an entire pdf at once into Production Manager, just no way to do it on the design side.

Not that I have seen, but what is going to be effected long term with the printer. We don't upgrade often, hell this printer replaced an L25500. My concern is that it is not designed to operate that way and what is going to happen once the warranty it up and something caused by this happens.

That's true, but the color calibration the printer ask for on occasion, typically by saying the current one is obsolete, doesn't ask for what pass count you want it ran at. As for the door, no idea, it wasn't told to me one way or the other.
