We made one some time ago, 3.5' x 8' and I used a 6' tall 4mm cor-x about 8" wide slightly tapered bottom and it worked well.

You'll need an ever-so-slight of a taper on the bottom so it doesn't fall over. If it were me, I'd just make 2 exactly alike and double side tape them to the back about 5' apart from the middle.
