Have you setup your OPUS sensor for the laminated media? With our S-140T I have different "profiles" for different media that we cut. Have one for regular laminated media and another for reflective for example. Helps a lot and is more reliable in reading the marks here.

I have never seen outriggers on that size of lift before. Used one before, still prefer being up in a regular bucket truck though.

Used the Sihl stuff here. Like was said above, have to feed it out past the heater and then tape it to a core for some weight, stuff likes to curl like crazy.

Have you tried going ahead and adjusting the pressure on your cutter? Not the fix you are wanting through the PM, but it'll get the work out without this issue. And which cutter do you have?

I have seen it too, but my line wasn't that big. My line was more like 1/16"-1/8". I haven't tried contacting SAi yet though.

Can you just force close through the Task Manager and then restart it? Is it a continuing problem? What version by the way?

Sounds like you might have a panel margin set. Check the second tab in the rip window, it'll be the entry field next to the box with four arrows pointing outward.

Looks like it wasn't tensioned properly and maybe not enough attachment/clamp points either. How/when did you put the cooley material on the framework?
