Cutting sheets is not working with HP800. Well, cutting works, but the following print will at least smear in the curing unit, if it doesn't produce a head crash...
I'm not sure, flushing out the pigments is enough.
For the tubing and dampers it works.
With some heads, there is a storage solution inside, that needs to be flushed at installation. (Roland and Mimaki for example and I haven't seen such storage or maybe testing solution advertised)
II was never...
To use OPOS CAM, the recognition of the marks is done on the PC by a software called "camera control" on the old S-Class cutters. On the actual S2 cutters, you'd need to run cutter control for mark recognition. You could install Winplot for cutting and use the Gosign Tools (Plugins) to create...

I use a tooth brush with alcohol, where I shortened the bristlesl. Don't use a metal brush, as it will destroy the micro sprockets on the rollers. Take care not to spray alcohol into the bearing blocks.
36deg. Is standard for Summa/HP cutters. Offset is 0.43.
RTFM as well...
This sounds like the (optical) sensor is interrupted. I've seen it before. The head moves to the right, until it "bumps" into the home position.
Then it starts moving to the left, waiting for the sensor to be interrupted by the pinch roller holders. If it's already interrupted at the home...
