I went to look at a job yesterday from a regular customer and he asked me to price removing the graphics on a box truck. The graphics had started to peel up and underneath there is a black residue. I've never seen this before and have no idea how much of a pain in the hind quarters this will...
I have been using Square for about 4 or 5 months now and LOVE it. I have an android phone and it's been great. It saves the email address for repeat customers too.
Yes, it is Highlands Reserve. I am working for the builder that bought out the original builder when they went under. I have tried to see if they can get it but have had no luck.
I have a customer that needs some signage made and sent the attached logo. It is WAY too low rez for me to do anything with. Anybody out there have something similar they can share?
Really?!?! I install Rallye Stripes on Camaro's quite a bit. Never had it take more than 3 hours and that was because the customer was sitting there watching me and I did not want to make it look too easy. I wish i could get $800 for them!
Awesome - here's one I built for myself a few years back. It's a 1936 Dodge Humpback Panel Delivery. I plan on looking for another sometime soon - I am kind of a car nut
There is no easy way. I've designed and installed dozens and dozens of stripe kits - actually more than a hundred different ones at this point. It takes patience and a little trial and error.
What kind of car are you working on?
Keep us posted! I am in a "hole in the wall" location as well so I have zero drive by or walk up traffic into my shop and have been wondering about if a more "retail friendly" location is worth the expense.
Congrats! I know the feeling - just got back into the biz about a year ago and those first few jobs with virtually zero profit hurt but I also decided to "over purchase" the colors that i knew I'd be using frequently
Not sure how to feel about this one. When I moved back to Florida and found out that Sign Supply/Proveer had shut down their West Palm Beach branch, I was sad because the Pompano Branch was terrible.
They seem to have finally gotten their act together here lately. Plus they recently moved...
I was just at a construction site and saw some dumpsters that I lettered using Avery A6 about 6-7 years ago. They are a little scratched here and there but otherwise they look great. Never thought they would last this long.
