So I have been trying to import some TIF files in Flexi, new version 12. They are solid objects with white background. Suddenly in this new version, the files import with black backgrounds. Anyone else see this? Why would this even be happening? I'm now having to resave them as PSD files and...

  13. How often do you guys replace printheads on your 26500?

Just wondering, we havent had to change one yet. I had heard you'd have to after every couple of ink carts. Yet, we are in the 3,000 ml range on all our original heads, with no issues and no warnings to change. Is this typical? Expected? Or are we lucky?
  14. 3M 180 V3 - Anyone else short?

Seems like I am getting shorted a bit on some rolls of V3...just ran a job, had it calculated VERY well on how much I'd use. I figured I'd end up with at least 12' left at the end. Well the job finishes and I didn't have but maybe 2 inches to spare before I got a Sub Jam error on the...

  16. More of a rant than a question

How do you deal with these customers who feel 'they' have the right ideas for design, and no matter how you push, they want it their crappy way? Just dealt with another one, who has a banner layout that I modified. It was a dark blue, BUSY background with small Black text. I changed it all to...
