Whatthefont didn't find it...I know it's on my computer somewhere.

Our SC-545 is suddenly cutting the material off after printing, and I have all job properties and default settings set to NOT cut. What am I missing? There's no settings on the printer so I am stumped.

Need to print a job for another shop and they sent a regular FS file, but I can't open it. It shows in the preview but when I open it it's just blank. Is there that big a difference that Cloud files won't open in 10.5?

Does anyone using 440cc inks have issues with the printer and/or Versaworks indicating the wrong level in each cart? I have noticed that it never is right. I have even had the printer stop to tell me to change a color, only to find the damn thing is still half full! So I shake up and reinsert...

So I tried nesting 2 print now/cut later jobs....the print jobs were nested, properly, but little did I know Flexi does not nest the CUT jobs, so voila! I go to cut the job after laminating and they are separate jobs....so I have a roll of trash. I guess it would need 2 sets of reg marks, but...

I have a client needing an install of their prints, on Oracal 3631. Which I believe is perf, and is discontinued. Am I right? Should I be concerned with this as it has to be some old stock and may not stick too well? I'm a little worried....will see in a couple days.

I am having an issue with Flexi not finishing printing. Happens about every other job....it prints to the end and the last 1/2" or so it stops printing. Production Manager shows job is done, printer shows it is still in progress. Anyone else had this issue? I am on Flexi 10.5.1 PDF RIP and...

Suddenly having serious banding issues, on most all solid colors. Have done cleanings, heads are all firing correctly that I can tell, and get this darker/lighter banding on high speed, standard, or high quality. Anyone got any ideas or having the same issues? I am suddenly getting an Error Code - 6 when I rip a job in Flexi (8.6) to my Roland SC-545EX. Anyone know what this is? Full error is "Caught Exception, Error Code - 6". Edit: I Can send a plot file and cut with no issue, trying to rip a print file is causing this.
