:welcome: 2 :signs101smilie: from OK. If the printer stays idle for long periods, the ink will dry up in the head. If you are cleaning it daily the problem may be the ink drying up in the lines in the clean out station. Printers must stay busy to keep maintenance low.
I'm having the same problem with Quick Books. An error message comes up asking for what I was doing to report the error to Intuit. If I fill it out and send it, the program shuts down. If I click on the QB window instead, I can use the program normally.
Thanks for the tip! I have a walkway that has sunk. It will probably work well to shoot some under the walkway once i get it lifted up to where it should be.
