That's a good idea. Thanks for that. I can set the "sorting" in Signlab to be either Nearest, Horzontal or Vertical. I've always used Nearest, but I'll change it to Vertical now so it cuts up the Y axis first, then steps the material out and then cuts another "column" of perf cut decals.

Yep, I had some cheap dampers that allowed ink to drip through the head. They looked fine, but I suspect the O ring wasn't sealing well.

You have to be sure you are getting good suction. Do you see ink pool in the cap when doing a clean cycle? Is there ink on the wiper blade each time? (That's why you clean it, every time). Take the bottom cover off and see if you can see ink flow through the 2 tubes. Fill the cap with cleaning...

Your cap top looks deformed at the front there. I'd replace that. And make sure you keep your wiper clean in future.
