From talking with several reps, acm will do that unless clamped well. If you look at safety speed cuts dustfree cutter (similar setup) it has sliding stops to help keep the cut square.

What build are you running? Mine still works (I use it several times per day), but I am not on the latest build I don't think, I am running Flexi design 19 sp2 Build number 3078 (subscription). Our other machine has FS12 perpetual license.

Same for us, use quality material that isn't going to shrink back and/or wrap around edge. Here is one we did recently, both sections are two panels butted together.

I have had stuff show up on the PM preview and not print but it has always been vectors IIRC, I have also had stuff not show in the preview and then print just fine. I don't usually trust the PM preview much, especially for color previewing. Give us some better detail on workflow and file type...

As others mentioned, you likely accidentally changed the assigned color. If you have not used the design editor panel before this is a good way to visualise each component and its attributes (similar to the layers panel in other software, but functions a bit differently).
