Just outsource them and take your wife or husband to dinner. Nobody prints directly to magnet material… Not worth replacing print heads.

The cheap stakes do flex but work… they can always upgrade to the 1/4 in. base stakes for a little more money .

What laminate? what’s the temperature of your install area?

They don’t last forever and make sure you’re not overriding pressure setting from your software. You can do it from the plotter or software…

You can set the cut pressure on most machines on your cutter or in your software. Check your software settings. One may be overriding the other if your blade depth is ok.
