Better do an adhesion test. Low VOC paint sux for adhesive vinyl. I've had CV3 that barely adhered to it. Paint needs to outgas for at least two weeks prior to install (preferably more)

Hello all, Anyone got any suggestions for best thing to do to clean oxidized paint areas on metal where they now want to put self-adhesive vinyl? Repainting is not an option. I was just gonna use Prep All to wipe down the surface but am open to other ideas. Thanks in advance.

Your installer will appreciate having laminate on the graphic as it makes it a bit thicker and less likely to have stretch issues
