What model of printer. I reckon head/s are blocked after two weeks of inactivity. Check that ink is been pulled through as could still be another issue. Lots of work to get running again. The heads should have been left sitting in cleaning fluid especially for that length of time. SC

I have been setting the colour as LAB and have come across about 4 different variations and all still have the dirty yellow look. It doesn't matter how little or big you adjust it, this colour is a very difficult one to even come close. SC

I personally do not get into colour matching as I believe you are always chasing your tail trying to match some colours with only a four colour pallete. What spectro are you using as I am thinking of purchasing one? SC

More than likely the cap inner is touching the print head and making it wick the ink through the head. If I remember the black and magenta are on the same head so this is probably the issue. SC

Personally I would replace the cap top and check the pump is pulling properly and their are no blocked lines in the pipes too and from the pump. SC
