This could be a F2 fuse blown on the main board.
If this fuse blows it will not print.
The fuse blows to protect the main board and is normally caused by a fault in the head or head cable.
It's a fiddly job but is DIY-able as the fuse is soldered to the board and is very very small.

Yes I read that correctly Wayne but it still confused me which one was the new design!
Or maybe it was a trick question to see if we are awake.
I guess the main issue is with the client as they can get stuck on a design or colours and no matter what you do they will not change.
My input on this...
I have a customer who wants exactly what yours does.
Except they have heavy plant machinery.
I have moved him onto wrapping the counterweight rears of diggers but he too would like it bigger all the time.
And to be real honest some of these machines are very awkward and very difficult to wrap...
If it is unplugged and out of ink show them the cost of the parts that HAVE to be replaced...
Print Head.
Head Cable
Dampers
Maintenance Station
And a full set of inks.
Then tell them the longer it sits the more damage it does.
It's definitley worth more than a $100 as that is greedy and...
Walk away from this job, make an excuse, just anything as this is going to be the worst job you have ever taken on.
Removal of the existing graphics will be hard enough, which is made even worse by the usual thin original paintwork and the textures of the panelwork on this type of vehicle.
Not...
That looks like a lot of deflected nozzles, in fact I have never seen so many deflections and no blockages on a single colour.
Firstly is the head physically clean, as fluff and other debris can get onto the head if not kept clean.
Has their been recently a very bad head strike as this can cause...
This is a capping problem as Black and Magenta are on the same head.
The ink has wicked (if their is such a word) when the head has been parked.
I would check that the pump is pulling correctly.
Also if their is a pool of ink in the cap this will be creating this or the head is touching the mesh...
Greys are hardest to hit and probably any slight fade in any of the colours applied will change the colours darastically.
On a similair note.
I carried out an install of some gold metalic acrylic stand off letters onto a cladded building last month.
The job looked great on install, but I passed...
I bought one of these exactly two years ago from digiprint.
Item was as good as the original (in fact the only difference is the wiper is a bit stiffer than the original, but easily replaced).
It is still working perfectly, but I do keep it spotless and once a week flood the cap with cleaning...
We have had our Valuejet 1604 from new back in 2007 and it still is going strong!
Over the last 2/3 months I have seen an excessive amount of debris/dust/dirt on our prints.
I was at a loss where it was coming from until last week and it seems to be coming of the rubber rollers which clamp the...
If it has been sitting that long the very least it will need is a new print head, head cable and complete maintenance station.
It has been too long of line to hope to reinstate the head even if it was left with cleaning fluid in it.
You will save time and money if you replace these three items...
Good Grief.....
I also have a bunch of wraps and jobs that need designing but like yourself I don't have any information to give or time to spend on it!
I don't think you understand how this forum works.
Yes we would all like someone else to do the hard work (designing) as this is the area...
