We make a banner oversized, so it is long enough and tall enough to wrap around.
starting and ending on the same side, then lace the top together and if sized right the top lace will also connect the side lace (start & end edge)
then lace the bottom so the wind doesn't get into the "upside-down bag"
What type of rivets do you have?
most of the time with cast and pop rivets, you cover them with the vinyl.
if we have to use paint, just make sure it is the same finish as the vinyl

yes, you will need different tools for vinyl onto glass than stud mounted lettering, but if you have all the tools sorted and organized it is just a matter of collecting and leaving. or in Texas...

They then bumped the in-hand date to next day, we agreed. It was a 1 color...
we did this years ago, VERY helpful
shows "common" sizes, different types of fonts, and colors
all numbers and fonts are 2", again this show them the type of font plays more of a factor than the size
if you are installing in a hot area, the transfer will help, make sure you use the paper version.
it is all based on your experience. if you are hesitant, add paper transfer.
are those completed / installation-ready signs?
The signs, restroom specifically, look to be in pieces, pending assembly.

you will probably need to look into the flatbed cutters, these tend to by more robust and capable of a wider range of material cutting.
