you need a take up roll, it will save you lots of time and money on big prints, and what if you have a big print that takes an hour or 2 to print...are you just gonna sit in front of your machine and roll by hand...take up roll is great, i can gang prints and just let the darn thing print and...

im going to have to agree with subbing it out...your customer chose you because they trust you and your "business sense..." why tie up your whole production team for a whole week every month when you can sub it out, prob pay about the same for it, get a great product, ZERO waste, ZERO headache...

i did a wrap on customers isuzu box last yr, and the alum from top is leaching when it rains and running down onto the wrap and is very hard to clean off... any chemicals that will clean this off easier... mark galoob

what if you break it trying to pull it out of the sign or taking it down... i dont think its worth the hassle...quote a new one, and dont tell your customer thats what your doing...take the old one down...clean it on your off time or when someones standing around, and resell it used. mark galoob
