I'm trying to print on Prestotex 17mil material, profile supplied by the material manufacturer. I can't seem to turn off aac marks and the printer prints them and then gets a aac mark read error as the material is too rough for the marks. What an I missing? AAC marks set to off and still prints...

Post a picture of the surface, I've had good luck with using wallpaper paste/adhesive on walls where adhesion problems could come up.

Also I think the ink cost savings with the 1650 will more than cover service contract etc. I'm averaging about 9 cents per sqft in ink cost, I think most other printers will be higher.

You could do this with a Colorado 1650, print matte black on gloss black vinyl or the other way around. Or run it through the printer twice printing gloss colors then matte like canon marketing says you could do, would take some experimenting
