We use three methods. 1. direct print = cost A 2. print to decal then apply to coro = cost B 3. send out for screen print we many customers who have seen the quality difference and insist only decal prints to coro. Usually not more than 10 at a time though. Same with decal prints to pvc.

That's what I'm trying to record. When you create an Offset Path it should be just that, an "unfilled" path. A simple and separate path around the shape with a Stroke only. Action records setting the stroke just fine but will not record a no fill.

Under the Pathfinder Toolbox Unite means to unite two shapes i.e. weld them in corel terms. No option to create a path around the two shapes or even one single shape?

Bear with me here. tried to create a new action. Copy shape, paste in front, remove fill and change stroke color to red. Only thing it recorded was the paste in front and set stroke color. rrrrrr

found the Pathfinder toolbox and "unite" but have not been able to get anything to work. Trying to create a line around the perimeter of a shape without having to copy paste/paste in front then remove the fill. That's a lot of steps.

PLEASE STOP DOING! NEVER, EVER, save a file with gradient fills as an eps! Why? It will not be a universal eps file. To be truly universal i.e. for use with most other vector editing programs you should use pdf. You're assuming that every designer out there uses adobe. You send me a file like...
