We opened our distillery and sold to the public for the first time this past weekend. Retirement plan in full effect. I am having a ball making rum. I am keeping my old and faithful sign and screen print customer base and slowing everything else down.
Hey from your neighbor in the Burg, nothing wrong with putting on the good shirt and selling some work. Sub out what you cannot produce until you can. Lots of shops are going the way of the dodo bird. Service shops are doing well but corner sticker shops are about to be a thing of the past...

Discount Labels. Been using them for years. Just had them print my rum labels and government warnings. We are using brown kraft paper with adhesive back. Not your usual request but they nailed it. As usual.

I always use type 2 marks in all 4 corners. I rarely go past about 4 or 5 feet in length but have done so on occasion. You might try slowing the speed down also.
I have no experience with Summa so I can't recommend, but my graphtec has been spot on since day one. Just replaced the rollers on it. Contour cut has never been a problem.
