I assume you are putting this on a background other then white, therefore you need to include the shadow.
I would weld both the man and the shadow together. Put that down. Then cut the black man and apply that on top of the white. Do the same for the burgandy letters. Done
"Annualcreditreport" is the one that's supposed to be free, but your right, you don't get your score unless you pay for it.

The last time I did them a couple of years ago, Stouse had the best price but, the shipping on their stakes were unbelievably high. I found Fellers sold the stakes with free shipping because the order was over a certain amount.

After their both set up, you would need to select the printer you want to send to each time.

We don't heat with a torch... ruined too many that way.
We do sand it down progressively with finer sandpaper ( it takes time)
The idea is to make it as smooth as possible and don't scratch the face. To get the polished look, we use steel wool as the final step after sanding (without the soap)...
