    Ahhh haaaaaaaa! Its def the heavy accent. Anytime i get a call and can barely understand them i know its going to be a PITA customer that wants everything for nothing. At that moment i double my prices then when they ask for a lower price i go a little lower, but never below my reg price.

    Yup. I blacked out 3 large windows a while ago, and I had to come back to finish one because i had run out of flat black vinyl, and one of the windows was cracked (obviously from the vinyl soaking up heat from the sun). I told the customer somebody must have hit it.
