i forgot to empty my waste tray on my 1204 when moving it back to my house. that sucked! ink everywhere, inside the printer, outside the printer, on the carpet, and on my brand new boots! :banghead:
Heres my 4x8 sitting on 2x4s. Very simple, but has been working for years. (there is a 3x10 polycarb sheet on top getting ready to get some vinyl lettering put on it)

But it did suck sometimes having such a small platen
I always order on the phone from signwarehouse. I cant get discounts or free shiping online. And i always try to deal with the same sales person every time (if i like them enough)
Mighty press is a good name (made by Stahls). Just an older one. Mine is a 15 x 11.

the cheapest way i can come up with (not using coro) is to make square tube frames and rivet 040 aluminum to it. And if you want clean edges add some frame moulding. all that should come out to around $400 (your cost) (not including the vinyl you'll be applying to it)
I once did seasonal help for UPS a while back. (Driver Helper) I got paid $9.00 an hour. The driver can make $30 an hour if they have been with UPS long enough and haven't had any accidents. If anybody should get tips, its the seasonal driver helpers that are going out in the zero degree...
