This isnt the printable stuff. its solid colors. This is pink black and gray layered.

My fiance/graphic designer saw a shirt on pintrest that she thought was hilarious. So I made her one using siser easy weed heat transfer vinyl.

Yea that looks pretty close. I'll have to take a pic of my 1204 to compare. I dont know of any adjustment. Maybe something is wrong with the spring that holds it up?

this is not a software or heat issue. You can see it is happening well past the print head.

you should also get a video of the front while it passes so we can see what is hitting. It looks to me that the little locking pin that holds the carriage in place while not in use, is dragging on the print.

The customer was aware since before the order was placed that this was an outsourced job, and that it isnt my fault. I even told him I would make it up to him on future orders, and he said it isnt my fault this happened so I dont need to do that. I emailed bannerbuzz to get a quote on overnight...
