good luck in you business......HOWEVER, there are a few points to be aware of
sealing the edges, credit cards are constantly being inserted into readers / swiped and these will peal the graphics off.
thickness, with the new graphics the card may be too thick to be used in a reader
both sides...
if it is a working tool box, 9/10 times they (customer) is not gentle with loading/unloading the content and the graphics will take the abuse.
Make sure the edges are sealed as we usually see that failing first since content is dragged in/out of the box
+! big jobs are 90% done off terms, ideally 30 days but can go to 90 days.
the biggest improvement we have seen is as soon as the job is completed send the invoice to the AP person. DO NOT WAIT for the products to be picked up.

thanks a needed a morning laugh.
I have never heard of someone charging so much for ordinary daily products (ie banners) :noway:
you have a yearly inspection?
WOW, they would a field day in our shop or most shops for that matter, all the paints, solvent cleaners, general clutter, etc...
in the process of changing rips to Caldera and and since there is more control over the volume of ink being applied with each print.
Does the amount of ink applied have a factor in how long a print will last outdoors?
more ink means longer life?
ink in use is OEM Roland Eco-Sol

Sign Frame, mount all...
our cost for 1000 is closer to $4.00 ea
but regardless the machine(s) you have to make the signs will ensure that the labor is minimum and thereby allowing max efficiency.
The new automated flatbeds / cutters allow those type prices. plus with so small of a profits means you have to do shear...
first things is where is this going? as in is this inside the city limits if so then you will have to pull a permit and with a new install may need to get an engineer to approve the install specs.
regarding what you have listed, we would be closer to 900-1000, this is with the customer pulling...
for your locations seems perfect, reminds me of the movie "moose point"
very unique layout and approach
personally the sheriff is too small and the moose is too big making it the focal point.
judging by the fact that the ink is coming off so easy leads me to think that the ACP is also of the low grade/ cost variety.
can think of one supplier who has a house brand 3MM 2 sided ACP that is cheaper than 10MM Coro
are you looking to sell them as new, used, if used reconditioned or as is.
regardless of how you sell, no more than 1/2 of retail.
In fact since you don't do these type of signs contact a wholesaler find out what your price is for a new UL cabinet sign with the same specs as these used ones...
