    for 20 of them $40 is too low. our political signs start at 25 QTY and that would be $36.19ea for one side full color ALWAYS get paid upfront with politicians, the losers have a REALLY SHORT memory and usually forget to pay the bills once the campaign is over

    there are LOTS of threads already discussing this. a lot will depend on your budget. more often the thought is stay true to the machine, ie true flat bed and true roll to roll. HP has a good entry level flat bed

    typically you will see the best deals when you buy at trade shows, another good time is towards the end of the year for tax refunds.

    +1 wrapping with vinyl will be faster, since no out-gassing / drying of paint.

    we are right there with you, running the VS-640 machines and it is a MAJOR PAIN especially when doing reflective materials and have to hit the grey-scale. Supportability the newest machines are able to hit the grey scale but that doesn't help you
