I have a project for some football helmet decals. The client would like to get a test print. How do you guys handle a test print. Being that the decal is only 6 x 6 and the strip a boy 1foot by 5 inches. Just seems like a lot of waste of material. Any tips woul be appreciated.

Would you cut the flames decal in one piece or 2 half pieces or 3 pieces? The idea is to use Convex Chrome Material, 8 mil convex laminate it so its thick and durable.

Can the Gsplus Plotter Series cut 20 mm convex decal material or do I need to get an enVision Plotter?
