Hello, I tried printing Silver Medal 2 today but when the edge fx ask for the foil and I insert it. It says that it is the wrong foil. Has anyone ever encountered this problem before. I checked and made sure it is correct in Omega but I cant figure out why the error persist.

Hello, I loaded Static Cling, Clear, 15in/38cm-P Vinyl to the Edge FX. However, when I try to print the vinyl gets stuck on the plastic white flaps. They seem to clamp down to tight. Do I have to adjust these depending on the material used. If so, how do I adjust it? Thanks, Robert
