Ok I think i pulled it out of my #ss.. Just printed part of a copy of the same job with the regmark, measured the distance from the regmark to a point on the edge chassis, then aligned the original job referencing the distance to that point. Whew. Anyone got any smoother ideas?

I had the same problem with Gerber and Zero-9 foils. I assume its the vinyl, as you say Bill. I guess our supplier didn't understand our needs properly.

We use 99% Isopropyl alcohol with an anti-static, lint free disposable cloth (made by Novus) - works great. Much cheaper than the 'official' product i would imagine. The Edge1 manual predates the aftermarket cleaning solutions u mention and recommends what we are using. Gareth
